It also will improve your flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination with functional, fluid movements.
To help you get the most effective workout possible, it’s important to understand the basics of the Pilates system of exercise. In order to make your transition into practicing Pilates as smooth as possible, we have designed a personalized one-on-one session specifically for brand new students to help address some of the key principles of Pilates. Before beginning any classes at the studio, all new students are required to attend one private session. This session will review movement fundamentals and principles, so you can feel comfortable beginning any of our programs safely.
